Description
鱈魚的白子,冬天會拿來做日式火鍋用,或是配柚子醋的,自己做也是一樣的美味

主料:鱈魚白子
輔料:鹽 柚子醋 蔥花
1.白子 撒上鹽 輕輕的揉洗 去掉筋(洗的時侯要溫柔點)
2.鍋裏加水, 水滾後加入白子
3.煮1-2分鐘後, 用冷水衝洗幹淨, 切成一口大小, 用吸油紙去除水分
4.加上蔥花, 配以柚子醋進食即可
