主料:白子
輔料:鹽 柚子醋 蔥花
1.白子 撒上鹽 輕輕的揉洗 去掉筋(洗的時侯要溫柔點)
2.鍋裏加水, 水滾後加入白子
3.煮1-2分鐘後, 用冷水衝洗幹淨, 切成一口大小, 用吸油紙去除水分
4.加上蔥花, 配以柚子醋進食即可

白子(shirako),其實就是雄性鱈魚、琵琶魚、河豚魚等魚類的生殖腺,日本人視之為美味。
較常見的有河豚、鱈魚的等,烹調方法多為刺身、火鍋、燒烤。
