甲羅喺日本嘅意思即係蟹蓋而甲羅燒即係將蟹肉同埋蟹膏釀入蟹蓋
蟹殼裡滿滿的蟹膏,在烤爐上香氣不斷湧出黎,鹹甜適中的蟹膏搭配飯或者淨食,都可以成為絕配,好像螃蟹的鮮味, 濃濃既蟹膏還在口裡久久不散~ 蟹膏上面再加上少許鮮甜蟹肉,十分滋味!

急凍海鮮|加熱食用
食用方法:將蟹蓋室溫解凍30分鐘後,可放鐵絲網上細火燒10分鐘 或 用焗爐以180度焗10-12分鐘,之後可加隻鵪鶉蛋,少許日本清酒同蔥攪伴,絕對是一流享受
