注意:本店並不提供開蠔服務，避免運送途中受細菌感染。

開生蠔方法

Step 1) 開蠔前可將生蠔浸於放鹽的冰水浸20分鐘
以清洗生蠔及貝類表面的微生物。
如發現有蟲類寄生在生蠔及貝類上，乃正常現象，只需清洗乾淨即可食用。

Step 2) 運用蠔刀於生蠔尾部較尖的部位向內推進

Step 3) 直到刀尖約一半進入蠔內便可向上一撬，輕力用蠔刀向左右刮，便可成功打開蠔殼
